We're seeking a proactive Works Planning Coordinator to help us deliver critical infrastructure projects with precision and care.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively, and bring people together to achieve great results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance on Electrical Assets Regulation for construction and utility infrastructure projects
  • Creating job packs for field crews and customers, including drawings, PTWs, and procedures
  • Submitting applications for high and low voltage isolations and shutdowns within customer deadlines
  • Scheduling high and low voltage shutdowns as needed, ensuring timely completion
  • Addressing regulatory breaches with external parties, offering professional and constructive guidance for resolution

About You

We're looking for someone who has strong planning and time management skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, SAP experience, previous experience in works planning or coordination, a current Australian driver's licence, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills.
