An experienced Associate may also be considered.
Your role will be within this mid-tier's Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, handling general commercial litigation, contract disputes, competition and Consumer Act matters; banking & finance litigation, debt recovery, IP disputes, and corporate law disputes (breaches of directors' duties and shareholder disputes).
The team currently comprises 3 Principals, 1 Senior Associate, 3 Associates, 4 Lawyers, 1 Paralegal, and 2 Legal Secretaries.
Given the junior makeup of the team, mentoring ability and willingness are essential.
Business development is a low priority for this role.
