The Opportunity

To support continued growth in our commercial disputes and litigation practice area, we have created a new role for an experienced lawyer to join our team.

We focus on a broad mix of litigious and pre-litigation advisory matters. This position may be ideal for a commercial dispute resolution lawyer looking to apply their knowledge and skillset in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience in disputes relating to contract law, Australian Consumer Law and the Corporations Act is essential. Additional experience in relation to disputes involving regulators, commercial and retail leasing, construction, or intellectual property is highly desirable.

Candidates should be confident with processes and rules of the NSW Courts and the Federal Court. Experience in other jurisdictions will be highly regarded, as will experience acting in proceedings before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (or other state equivalent bodies).
