Lead Trial Coordinator

The Senior Site Manager position is a critical role in the Global Clinical Operations team, responsible for overseeing clinical trials and data generation activities.
This opportunity allows you to contribute to life-changing drug development while working with a high-performing team that fosters enthusiasm and positivity.
- Manage and coordinate phase I-IV trials, including pre-trial assessments, database locks, and close-out activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure smooth project execution at assigned trial sites.
- Collaborate with the GCO team to implement new systems and processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in clinical trial monitoring, preferably with 3+ years on-site experience.
- Demonstrated success as a CRA (Clinical Research Associate).
- Knowledge of SOPs, local laws and regulations, and assigned protocols.
- Proficient in using IT software applications and company systems.
