Job Title: Senior Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in bringing our all-day dining venues to life.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Assist with preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced environment.
  • Kitchen Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a commis chef or similar role is essential.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work across various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays is required.
  • Communication and Organisation: Excellent communication and organisational skills are necessary.
