We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the optimization of vehicle repair and estimation processes.


As our Insurance Assessor - Estimator Training Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality and efficiency across our national team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Ensure thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and determine necessary repairs following approved methods.
  • Estimation Support: Promote the use of estimating software, diagnostic tools, and systems for efficient estimates.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate cost efficiency for new vehicle designs or modifications.
  • Cost Management: Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or performance.
  • Regular Reporting: Prepare and present reports on assessment findings, repairs estimates, and audit outcomes.
  • Solution Development: Develop solutions for operational assessment challenges and inefficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior Experience: Hold senior-level experience within automotive repair or insurance industries.
  • Business Acumen: Possess commercial and financial acumen and analytical rigor.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Exhibit excellent computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Motivation and Action Orientation: Show high motivation and an action orientation.
  • Training Expertise: Have previous training and development experience.
