Job Title: Fitness Team Leader

We're more than just a gym - we're a movement.

This is a part-time role of 10-15 hours per week with extra payment for team facilitation. You can drive YOUR OWN Personal Training business with a RENT FREE benefit for this role.

The Role:
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PT team while driving revenue and business growth.
  • Ensure members receive top-tier coaching and support to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Oversight of PT recruitment, training, and development, while also delivering Cert III & IV in Fitness to maintain a strong pipeline of future trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract, recruit, and onboard PTs who align with our culture and fitness values.
  • Implement effective business strategies to expand client bases, increase personal training revenue, and meet targets.
  • Maintenance of high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for both members and staff.
  • Drive the 8-Week Challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation.
