**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Assistant Centre Manager. This role offers the unique opportunity to work alongside the Centre Manager to build and develop a high-performance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Programming of our learn to swim program
- Customer service excellence
- Team performance - quality both in and out of the pool
- OH&S management and facility maintenance
- Community engagement

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A strong focus on people with the ability to motivate and support the team
- The ability to provide high-quality learn-to-swim lessons to the local community
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
