Our ideal candidate is a skilled and experienced tradesperson with strong leadership skills.

The successful applicant will lead daily site activities, execute carpentry tasks, ensure compliance with WHS regulations, maintain accurate records, support the onboarding of apprentices, liaise with subcontractors, and participate in toolbox talks and incident investigations.

  • Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or higher) required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial or remedial construction preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications (preferred)
  • Familiarity with QA, Safety, and Environmental systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency with site management tools (e.g., Procore, Breadcrumb)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
