Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to lead the development of seamless, customer-centric digital experiences within mobile and web banking applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and user-centered design.

This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business strategy. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end customer journey, defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap, and translating insights into actionable user stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the customer journey within the banking app
  • Defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap
  • Translating insights into actionable user stories
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years related work experience in relevant role in the financial services industry
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing customer journeys in mobile or web banking applications
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
