About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Product Owner to drive innovation and excellence across our clients' mobile and web banking applications. This exciting opportunity is part of our Tech Squad, focused on delivering intuitive, engaging, and valuable digital experiences for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions that meet strategic goals and provide a best-in-class user experience.
  • Owning the end-to-end customer journey, ensure every interaction within the app is frictionless, engaging, and value-driven across all digital touchpoints.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the banking app, aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
  • Lead discovery efforts to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for innovation within the app.
  • Translate insights into actionable user stories and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Champion a mobile-first mindset and ensure accessibility, performance, and usability standards are met.
  • Monitor app performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across squads and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all digital experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years related work experience in a relevant role in the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing customer journeys in mobile or web banking applications.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for user-centered design, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and validate product concepts with customers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
