Automotive Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our vehicle sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional automotive solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide outstanding customer service by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions.
    • Work closely with our F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Able to think on your feet and outside the box for customers.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work as part of a strong sales team.
  • Ability to double close deals and assist Sales Consultants.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven individual.
  • Able to work autonomously and across multiple sites.
  • High level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft suite.
  • Necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire.
