Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Swim Coach to join our team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching our 4-level recreational/competitive squad program and higher learn-to-swim levels, providing continuous development opportunities and paid training/PD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach of 4 level recreational/competitive squad program and higher learn to swim levels
  • Supportive continuous development opportunities - paid for any training/PD
  • Prepared to set achievable enjoyable swim sets including fun skills and drills activities, combined with endurance-based lap sets, developing a reusable program along the way.
  • Able and willing to work with young swimmers who range in age mostly from 7 - 14 years, including with combination of in/out water with the first 2 levels, and out of water with the last 2 levels.
  • A positive behaviour management-based leader who comes with personality plus, as much about the fun as you are about swimming technique, and with a relationship building approach.
  • A self-motivated and customer-orientated attitude, with the ability to work well in a team and contribute to the open exchange of ideas and discussion
