Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.ResponsibilitiesPrevent and respond to emergency situationsIdentify and report any malfunctions or irregularities of equipment or facilityAttend regularly scheduled staff meeting and in service trainingEnforce all rules and regulationsProvide customer serviceLifeguard according to Facility, State Code and Lifeguard Training standardsSupervise proper use of swimming pools along with supporting facilitiesMaintain current certifications in lifeguard training, First Aid for the professional rescuer, and CPR for the professional rescuerPerform pool maintenance duties as assignedOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Requirements :Current American Red Cross, YMCA.
