Debt Capital Markets Associate Role

The Debt Capital Markets team plays a vital role in the Origination and Advisory business within the Investment Bank. This segment is responsible for providing comprehensive financial solutions to large-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, and government agencies.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with senior DCM coverage bankers, industry coverage partners, and global syndicate teams to originate and execute capital markets products across multiple currencies.

Achieving long-term success relies heavily on fostering high-quality relationships through sector, country, and regional expertise closely aligned to client needs.

You can expect competitive remuneration, four weeks annual leave, one week additional leave, and parental benefits.

Main responsibilities include participating in debt capital markets deals origination and execution, contributing to day-to-day client coverage, preparing marketing materials, and due diligence of clients and markets.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of debt capital market experience is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and commercial acumen are essential.
  • Attention to detail with strong quantitative and analytical skills is necessary.
  • Motivation, self-drive, and ability to multitask are key qualities.
