Financial Markets Specialist

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely information about our financial services to clients. Key responsibilities include activation of private client profile registrations, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and following up with clients to achieve conversion targets.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing relevant financial market insights to add value to their business. Your goal is to promote customer conversions by selling the benefits of our service compared to competitors, accurately pricing and booking foreign exchange transactions, and making product recommendations.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing call and email volumes while meeting restrictive timeframes. A degree in finance or business-related disciplines is advantageous, as is existing exposure to the banking/finance sector.
