Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Adelaide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing end-to-end analysis with regard to future demand and performance analytics on spare parts, working closely with government agencies and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis for spares forecasting and data gathering to support recommendations for optimal requirements and needs of the client with demand.
  • Support clients with spares analysis and modelling.
  • Conduct investigations including cost/benefit analysis in collaboration with clients, working towards improved lead times.
  • Work with sourcing specialists to capture future demand and suppliers in systems and bid lists.
  • Perform analytics to capture Request For Quote (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO) placement efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Ability to research and gather information from other business units and stakeholders to obtain rationale for procurement demand.
  • Strong and accurate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to prepare and present analysis/presentations to leadership and stakeholders, rationalizing direction of procurement demand.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Candidates will be required to complete a national police check for this role.
