We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Educator to join our team in delivering engaging programs for primary school children.

About the Role

As a dedicated OSHC Educator, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a welcoming environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Fostering exciting, child-led activities, such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts
  2. Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
  3. Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You will work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services' opening hours, with opportunities for extra hours during school holidays.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. We are looking for someone who:

  1. Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
  2. Communicates clearly and confidently
  3. Works effectively in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
  4. Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
  5. Has Australian work rights
