Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to implement lifestyle programs for residents in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs, assessing resident needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and evaluate lifestyle initiatives.
  • Support volunteers and assist with professional care practices, promoting resident engagement and well-being.
  • Design and implement new lifestyle options, evaluating current and future possibilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in implementing lifestyle programs tailored to specific needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A minimum of a Certificate-III in Leisure and Lifestyle, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with the Montessori philosophy lifestyle program is highly valued.
  • Engaging personality that contributes positively to the team's dynamics.
  • Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry, with up-to-date vaccinations (Flu & Covid), is essential.
