Chef Culinary Leader

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of the pre-opening team, you will be responsible for developing menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop menus that align with the hotel's concept and culinary vision.
- Oversee the setup and organization of the kitchen facilities, including designing the layout, selecting equipment, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring necessary permits and certifications are in place.
- Hire and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and stewards.
- Conduct menu testing and tasting sessions to fine-tune recipes and adjust portion sizes.
- Identify and establish relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliveries meet quality standards.
- Procure all necessary equipment and ensure it is properly installed and in working order.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all dishes meet the hotel's culinary standards.
- Work with management to establish pricing strategies for food and beverage items that are competitive and profitable.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communicate kitchen needs effectively.
