About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our culinary team as a Sous Chef.

This key member of our leadership team will work closely with the Head Chef and Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to drive innovation, guest experience, and team excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  2. Mentor junior chefs, contribute creative ideas, and ensure smooth, efficient operations across all outlets and meal periods.
  3. Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets.
  5. Mentor and develop culinary staff, inspiring creativity, fostering growth and skill development.
  6. Manage kitchen operations efficiently while embracing change and new ideas.

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
