Sous Chef Job Description

Our culinary team is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with exceptional culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.

The Sous Chef will be responsible for guiding the team towards high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, while maintaining smooth, efficient operations across all outlets and meal periods. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a Positive Workplace Culture
  • Supporting Menu Planning, Preparation, and Service
  • Assuming Kitchen Leadership
  • Maintaining Food Quality and Safety Standards
  • Mentoring and Developing Culinary Staff
  • Managing Kitchen Operations Efficiently
