As a leading global employer, we're seeking a strategic Head of Risk, Life Insurance to join our Australia Risk Leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you'll lead a small Life risk team, partner closely with 1st line leaders, and act as a trusted adviser by providing independent challenge on key initiatives and transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving risk awareness and embedding clear risk-reward trade-offs in decision making

• Ensuring timely execution of our Risk Management Framework and Strategy across all risk types

• Presenting risk reporting and opinions to senior committees

• Owning risk appetite monitoring and participating in key governance forums

• Managing relationships with regulators, auditors, and Group functions

• Championing a strong risk culture and leading risk change to meet regulatory requirements
