**The Role**
Reporting to the Head of Support Teams Risk Partnering, the IT and Cyber Risk Manager will be responsible for providing Line 2 Risk Management and Compliance advice, training, oversight and challenge to the business on IT and Cyber Security Risk so that the business can effectively manage their IT and Cyber Security risks and compliance obligations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Risk Management processes.
- Leading end to end Risk Management projects.
- Providing technology and cyber risk advice, review and challenge as it pertains to key change initiatives.
- Supporting the Head of Support Teams Risk Partnering in preparing Board Risk Committee papers and other risk reporting activities where required.
- Maintaining Line 2 oversight of IT and Cyber Security Risk matters.
- Working hand in hand regarding Risk and Compliance with Line 1 Risk team within CITO.
- Assisting the Head of Support Teams Risk Partnering in providing effective Line 2 advice, oversight, review and challenge with regards to:

- Risk profile;
- Compliance plans;
- Attestations (Compliance; Risk Management Declaration and FSC);
- Material Regulatory Submissions;
- Key leading and lagging Risk Indicators
- Control testing results
- Supplier risk assessments
- Delivered Risk Assessments for material change initiatives
- Obligation Compliance Plans for material change initiatives
- The risk appetite status and action plans
- The management of issues and events in line with applicable policies and minimum standards; and
- The rectification of Internal and External Audit recommendations identified.
- Facilitate the building of risk and compliance capability throughout the Support Teams by providing tailored risk education and training.
- Driving a strong risk culture within the Support Team by role modelling the risk management and compliance frameworks and practices and monitoring risk in a timely manner.

**About You**
You are an IT and Cyber Risk professional with 5 + years' experience in a Risk, Audit or Actuarial related position. Your strong relationship, business and strategic management ability will be essential to succeeding in the role. You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications.
- CISA qualification or other relevant technology related qualification.
- Demonstrated pragmatic approach to risk management.
