TR3 Recruitment is a boutique recruitment firm with a strong presence in the national finance sector providing permanent recruitment and contingent workforce solutions. To fill a growing need, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. With full support from senior members of the team and all equipment and resources provided, this opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and fulfilling clients' needs with a service focus.
Highly flexible hours and work from home with all resources provided
Opportunity to develop and make this role your own.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a similar recruitment role, exposure to a white collar labour hire workforce will be highly regarded. You will also have:
Demonstrated experience and understanding of service driven recruitment and recruitment software
Strong service focus and commitment to an exemplary customer experience
Ability to build rapport and understand the needs of our clients
High level of attention to detail and computer literacy
Ability to manage competing demands and priorities and a proactive approach to work.
