Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned, purpose-driven professional to lead and oversee the strategic planning processes and systems for our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, governance, and delivering complex projects. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent leadership and coaching abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Strategic Planning & Performance function to ensure strategies meet current and future requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate the annual strategic planning process and review.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Post graduate qualifications in a relevant field an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging, influencing, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
