About Our Finance Role
We are seeking a self-driven and flexible finance professional to join our team.
- Provide accurate financial support, including data entry into MYOB.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts with attention to detail.
- Maintain corporate registers and ASIC returns.
- Enter and reconcile investment monitoring software data.
- Support end-of-year accounting and tax requirements.
- Assist with administration requests from family members.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks such as reception cover and Office Manager backup.
About You
We seek someone with:
- Previous experience in financial support or bookkeeping roles.
- Accounting qualifications (Cert IV) or equivalent experience.
- Internet banking and accounts payable experience.
- MYOB experience.
- Basic knowledge of GST accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling changing work requirements.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Word skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Strong personal accountability and confidentiality respect.
Key to success: exercising initiative, being proactive, highly organised, and collaborative with an adaptable work style.
