We are seeking talented Post Foundation Doctors to join our Emergency Medicine team at a leading hospital in Launceston, Tasmania.

  • As an accredited teaching hospital, we provide a supportive environment with protected teaching time and opportunities to work with experienced consultants.
  • We offer a comprehensive remuneration package, including a base salary of $131,000 - $183,500 AUD per annum, dependent on experience.

About the Hospital
Our hospital is a major referral centre serving the North and North West of Tasmania. With a diverse range of clinical cases and a high-acuity environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.

The Emergency Department is well-resourced, with 43 beds, an annual patient attendance of 45,000, and a significant paediatric caseload. Our ICU features advanced equipment, including ECMO capability and 24-hour cardiac interventional angiography.
