About the Role

We're seeking experienced Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Supervisors to lead our solar farm project in Albury, NSW. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the project stays on track, delivering top-tier results safely and on time. Your leadership will guide your team while fostering a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Civil Supervisor: Oversee all civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete operations, and site infrastructure.
  • Mechanical Supervisor: Lead the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Electrical Supervisor: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Lead their team with strong, supportive leadership, drawing from extensive experience in a similar role, ideally in solar farms.
  • Keep the team motivated, engaged, and aligned with project goals, ensuring cohesive teamwork.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and the Project Manager for seamless project coordination.
  • Uphold the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project.
  • Monitor progress, manage resources effectively, and ensure all project milestones are achieved.
