We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to join our team in delivering high-profile projects across various sectors, including hospitality and education.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a delivery-focused architectural professional who can lead the way in project execution, coordination, and documentation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery from late design development through to completion.
  • Lead documentation efforts, ensuring accurate and timely submission of project documents.
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive design outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Ensure contract administration is executed efficiently, minimizing delays and maximizing project value.
What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Architect (Victoria) with 8+ years' experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including contract administration.
  • High proficiency in Revit and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
