**The Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our IoT projects.

You will play a key role in overseeing the timely and efficient delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet client expectations. Your expertise will drive the seamless execution of projects, foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, and promote collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage IoT system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, provide status updates, and address concerns.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality project outcomes, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
- Report on project status, performance, and lessons learned to senior management.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by motivating and guiding the team to success.

**Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or IoT-related industries.
- Leadership qualities, with experience leading and motivating teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage projects independently.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
