Enterprise Data Governance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive data governance professional to drive the successful transformation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Data Governance Frameworks
- Oversee end-to-end data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation, and pre-go-live readiness for ERP and related systems.
- Facilitate Business Process Mapping Workshops
- Develop and maintain business policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and compliance requirements.
- Support the ERP Project Manager in delivering key transformation milestones, offering insights on data risk mitigation and master data optimisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data governance, data quality, and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system requirements and procedures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting skills.
