Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to lead the development of our project action plan, provide structured reporting, and manage high-profile projects that align with their passion for meaningful systems change.

This role is central to identifying what 'quality' looks like in delivering services to people with complex needs — and contributing to shaping national best practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities, initiative, attention to detail, and deadline management skills. They will also possess a sound understanding of compliance and WHS responsibilities, as well as qualifications or strong experience in Project Management.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Developed and delivered comprehensive project action plans
  • Produced monthly and milestone reports for executive teams and stakeholders
  • Participated in national workshops and collaborations
  • Collected data and examples of high-quality practices and cost structures
  • Contributed to formal evaluations and assessments
