Construction Project Manager Position

This role requires a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications construction projects. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate multiple relationships and dependencies.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for developing comprehensive knowledge of power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities.
  • They will provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters, including interactions with contract management.
  • Additionally, they will manage property management and town planning for development projects, with experience in civil construction and a trade certificate or related qualification.
  • They will also lead successful project management with a proven track record in managing multiple, diverse projects from conception through design and ready build.
  • Furthermore, they will mentor and instruct team members in all aspects of project management, including commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals associated with constructing and maintaining buildings.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals.
  • In-depth understanding of construction aspects, regulatory requirements, site sharing, and property acquisition directly linked to mobile telecommunications networks.
  • Strong negotiation skills at all levels.
