Job Title: Show Director

Location: Gold Coast, Australia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced radio producer to lead our breakfast team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of on-air content and talent, executing the overall strategic direction of the show.

The key responsibilities of this role include creating exceptional radio content in a metro or large regional market, having an in-depth understanding of the breakfast radio market, and being proactive in driving content and guest initiatives.

You will also be required to lead, develop, and inspire your team of producers, work collaboratively with multiple teams, and possess superior knowledge of commercial radio's codes of practice and guidelines.

The successful candidate will have first-class verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in social media platforms, and be able to take initiative to innovate with the show vision.
