About the Role

As a key member of a small and loyal team, you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for the ongoing integrity of monthly and annual financial statements across multiple businesses. Your duties will include analyzing cash flow and providing weekly cash flow forecasts, overseeing payment of suppliers and employees, and maintaining the Fixed Assets register.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing integrity of monthly/annual financial statements across multiple businesses
  • Analysing cash flow and providing weekly cash flow forecast
  • Oversee payment of suppliers/employees, in line with cash flow
  • Customers – Account Setup, Recommendations, Escalation for debt collection
  • Supplier analysis and reporting
  • Maintenance of the Fixed Assets register
  • Compilation of policies and procedures – Finance and Human Resources
  • Provide KPIs reporting on monthly basis to plant
  • Production costing and variance analysis
  • GP reporting and analysis
  • Provide financial analytical support to all managers
  • Payroll verification and auditing
  • Compliance – BAS, Payroll Tax, Workcover
  • Preparation of budgets- Monthly comparisons vs. actuals
  • Liaison with external parties e.g. ATO/SRO/Auditors/Bank/Insurance
