Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to manage our retail store operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong leadership skills to motivate and direct the team towards achieving set goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and make informed decisions to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage stock effectively.
  • Project management skills with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in retail management, business administration, or hospitality management.
