Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to work in childcare centres in Milestones Early Learning Coomera – Amity Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments, providing support for account management activities, and handling phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently.
About the Role
- Work closely with the Area manager on daily centre practices
- Support Centre managers across our centres
- Implementing an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments
- Providing support for account management activities
- Handling phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently
About You
- Experience in Admin or Receptionist Role (Desirable)
- Previous history in Early Childhood Education (Ideal)
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
- An individual with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate autonomously
