Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective patients to provide guidance and support.
- Educate patients on our health solutions for weight loss, hormone restoration, mental well-being, and sexual health.
- Bullet Building trust and fostering strong relationships through personalized consultations.
- Guide patients through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets while upholding high standards of care and professionalism.
- Collaborate with our case management and medical teams to deliver holistic support for patients on their health journey.
About You:
- Sales experience with a consultative approach, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people improve their lives and well-being.
- Self-motivation, with a strong desire to exceed targets and goals.
