  • Providing strategic legal advice and support primarily to our People & Culture team.
  • Contributing to our broader mission of delivering a clean energy future.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on workplace law, enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations, and employment disputes.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
  • Mentoring junior legal staff and contributing to continuous improvement within the Legal function.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8+ years post-qualification legal experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house environment.
  • A Bachelor of Laws and an unrestricted QLD Practising Certificate.
  • Proven experience advising on employment and industrial relations law.
  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
