We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead our planning and environment litigation team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled lawyer to provide expert advice on complex issues, while mentoring and coaching a team of specialists in planning and environment matters.

The Position:In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services, leading the delivery of legal services for planning and infrastructure matters, and managing a specialist team.
- Provide specialist legal skills, advocacy, and advice on critical issues.
- Lead and manage planning and environment matters.
- Manage a specialist team delivering legal services for planning and infrastructure matters.
- Australian Solicitor qualification and current Practicing Certificate from the Queensland Law Society.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in local government and planning law, especially in Planning and Environment Court litigation.
- Strong advocacy skills with ability to represent in Court and lead negotiations.
- High-level communication skills with senior stakeholders.
