Corporate Lawyer Career Opportunity in Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane, providing a fantastic career development opportunity for a motivated and talented individual.

The Role:

This is a high-quality matter involving a broad range of work, including:

  • Unregulated mergers and acquisitions,
  • Acquisitions of mining and resources assets,
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements,
  • Joint ventures,

Acting for clients from various industries including; mining and resources, renewable energy, food and agribusiness, health and professional services.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-4 years PQE with experience in Corporate law and looking to progress to Senior Associate,
  • A strong grounding in corporate/commercial law,
  • Excellent drafting skills coupled with a genuine interest in pursuing your career in the area,
  • A passion for delivering excellent client service,
