About the Role:
  • The customer experience team is responsible for building a customer-centric mindset, learning our core business and systems, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • You will be the first point of contact for resolving customer queries through various channels, processing and optimizing orders, and building product and systems knowledge.
