Job Overview

The Customer Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that empower customers to effectively utilize HireRight products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • This role involves developing and conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing staff, focusing on precise demonstrations and hands-on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will manage onboarding communications with various teams, including hiring managers, supervisors, and IT departments, ensuring timely access to necessary resources.
  • This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts, product teams, and other stakeholders to create effective training materials and content.
  • The Customer Training Specialist will analyze training needs and develop strategies to address them, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • This role involves creating and implementing training programs, leveraging adult learning principles and incorporating new technologies as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver training to internal business units and external partners, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
  • This role involves managing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual training calendars, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with supervisors, managers, and HR to develop department employees, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Maintaining compliance with legal guidance, company policies, and ethical standards is essential for this role.
Requirements
  • Relevant training and curriculum development experience, with a focus on adult learning principles and technology-enhanced training.
  • Advanced knowledge of HireRight products and services, including standard operating procedures and industry best practices.
  • Experience with technology solutions related to learning, such as OpTool, Salesforce, and Help Center ticketing systems.
  • Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to adapt to last-minute instructions and changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility in work hours, with a willingness to participate in training outside of normal hours, including late nights and overnight shifts.
