Senior Conference Producer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conference Producer to lead the development of high-impact executive events across Australia and Singapore.

  • This role involves conference production, including developing event agendas, curating content, and overseeing planning and execution.
  • You will also conduct market research to identify industry trends and priorities, shape conference themes, and secure senior-level speakers and thought leaders.
  • In addition, you will oversee project management, ensuring deadlines are met and events are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing conference strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Curating high-quality content for conferences, including keynote speakers, panel discussions, and workshops.
  • Managing budgets and resources to deliver conferences within scope and on time.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and speakers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in conference production or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality conferences that meet client expectations.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
