
Business Support Assistant

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and business associates, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage data and administer databases with confidentiality
- Liaise with clients and provide administrative support to the team as required
- Organize office needs, including logistics and stationery
- Maintain office cleanliness and general administration tasks
To succeed in this position, you will possess:
- Presentation skills and confidence in a corporate setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach with great initiative
- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate reception or client services within financial services
- Familiarity with databases, systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and an organized approach
