Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Return to Work Specialist role. As an Occupational Therapist with IPAR, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote safe and healthy work environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management and coordination of return to work services
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaboration with clients, employers, and medical professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conducting assessments and providing recommendations for workplace modifications and accommodations
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for injury prevention and return to work
