About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Central Western Victoria. The successful candidate will work with clients living in Ballarat and surrounding locations, providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload and providing therapeutic supports to clients
  • Assessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations

About You

  • Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and their support networks
  • Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
  • Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
