Risk Assessment and Compliance Specialist

The Principal Assessment Officer is a critical position within the Office of the Health Ombudsman. This role encompasses coordinating risk assessments, triage, and complaint evaluations to ensure these activities align with the office's policies, procedures, and legislative requirements as outlined in the Health Ombudsman Act 2013.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate risk assessments, triage, and complaint evaluations
- Manage matters referred from assessment to other entities
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide team support, mentoring, and coaching
This role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
