Key Role in Risk Assessment and Complaint Evaluation

The Principal Assessment Officer is a critical position within the Office of the Health Ombudsman. This role encompasses coordinating risk assessments, triage, and complaint evaluations to ensure these activities align with the office's policies, procedures, and legislative requirements as outlined in the Health Ombudsman Act 2013.

Responsibilities
