Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Central Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team.

This role strengthens our financial crime compliance framework through risk assessments, policy support, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with the FCC Policy and Framework team, Assurance team, and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.

Your work will help shape policies, monitor adherence, and support training initiatives that raise awareness and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain financial crime risk assessments
  • Support the development and refinement of compliance policies
  • Monitor adherence to financial crime procedures and report findings
  • Contribute to training and awareness initiatives
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance outcomes

About You

You bring a strong understanding of financial crime obligations, including AML/CTF legislation and regulatory guidance.

Your experience in financial services and banking equips you to assess risk across diverse products and third-party relationships.

You are confident conducting risk assessments, navigating regulatory change, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders and regulators alike.
